Welcome to Schnoz Candles! My name is Hilary and I started out on this fun adventure with my husband Sean. He wanted to make soap, and I wanted to make candles. So here we are!
We have two beautiful children who do a co-op home school program. However, it was starting to look like I was going to need to start working. Looking for a job that worked along side my home schooling schedule was extremely tough. So I decided to take my talents (and my nose) in another direction. Thus- Schnoz was born!
It is a family run business. I make the candles, my kids help with the melts, smells, and labels, and my husband helps with the photos, labels, and marketing. I also get to teach my kids about business, customer service, design, money, math, and marketing. I enjoy every minute of teaching and learning together. That’s why I feel so blessed to have started this company.
